- Made payment of electricity bill in airtel thanks app.
- The payment was successful and money got deducted too.
- I am able to see the successful transaction in the app (attachment screenshot).
- But still I can see the electricity bill is active and not yet paid.
- After sending mail also I am not getting any reply from them and customer care is also not available.
- The due date of the bill is within two days.
- Please help this issue to resolve as soon as possible.
