I have alredy raised surrender request of paytm card machine registered with mobile number. I have also talked with customer care executive to know the current status of surrender of machine in which i have clearly told the executive for non payment of rental of next month. I am again clear that the delay is in your part so i am not paying the rent for next month. Please accept the surrender request & collect the machine from below mentioned address. I have again called many times to customer care but no action. Today i again called to CC i have already cleared your team to pickup the swap machine from the below mentioned address otherwise you are only liable for all the loses & i have also cleared him that i am not pick any call from your executive as more than 120 days have already passed. Now, it only depends upon you to pick the machine or not. I am not liable for any thing happened after that. All the losses & future expenses (Machine, Rental, Legal) bare by paytm only.
