To Whomsoever it may concern,

This is to inform you that I have been continuously chasing you guys since last one year.I booked my tickets on 7th march,2021 and today it is 23rd March,2021. All the details are attached on this email which is an email which I sent to Paytm a long way back.
It is highly disappointing that even after thousands of email,thousands of call and thousands of texts I got abuses,misbehaviour,fake promises,wrong emails,disgusting languages and words used my customer service team and especially Anil from escalations Team.
These tickets were booked for Goair,They have sent me the emails regarding full refund in proper format and along with full confirmation for all the PNRs.I took all the screenshots and have forwarded to paytm that as well. In Spite of wasting almost half of my life asking for refund,I am shocked how your executives get so much confidence to misbehave with me and even say on my face ” JO KARNA HAI KAR LO”
Now I see from where these associates gets so juch of confidence to say whatever they want because the leadership team is itself a fraud.
I also tweeted to the CEO of the company but guess what,there is no difference between a CEO and associate. No one is bothered to take care of the issue.There were numerous calls where executives even said worst things about Paytm too as they were having no answer to give to me. The last executive I had a conversation with,I  asked the reason for why refund is still being on hold and he clearly said: THERE IS NO REASON,IT IS A SIMPLE CASE OF FRAUD. I appreciated that,finally someone told em the truth and then he only gave me this email id and now here I am writing to you this whole story.
I am tired and frustrated like hell, I will have to file a case now in consumer forum or will have to file FIR as it is no more about money now.IT IS A SIMPLE CASE OF MENTAL harassment,TORTURE AND TRAUMA WHICH I WENT THROUGH BECAUSE OF PAYTM.
i have attached all the required emails just to show how fake your company is and also forwarded you i ne email where all the screenshots are attached which Goair sent to me as refund confirmation for your reference.
DONT YOU DARE DEDUCT ANY AMOUNT NOW FROM MY REFUND. i WANT FULL COMPENSATION ALONG WITH MY REFUND. NO MORE SORRY,NO MORE TRANSFER,NO MORE DELAY.
GIVE MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH COMPENSATION,
i HAVE ATTACHED MY BANK DETAILS,JUST REFUND MY WHOLE MONEY ALONG WITH FULL COMPENSATION.
ALSO LET ME INFORM YOU ON 12TH JAN,2021 i JUST GOT 10K AS REFUND STILL 40K IS LEFT SO DO NOT GIVE THAT BULLSHIT THAT REFUND IS DONE ON 12TH JAN AND ASK ME TO SHARE MY BANK STATEMENT BECAUSE ONLY 10K WAS REFUNDED ON 12TH JAN STILL 40 K IS LEFT.

I am really very disappointed to inform you that these all flights fall under the lockdown period.Still after so many calls and requests,I have wasted my precious time just to get back my own money.Today I am writing this email just to share all the complete details.We are not at all at fault if our flights got cancelled due to COVID-19.There is a demise at our place so we are not planning to travel in the nearby future so request you to please refund the whole amount back to the original source. As per recent customer care conversation over the call,credit shell and all the details were explained which were completely useless for us.WE ARE NOT PLANNING TO TRAVEL IN NEARBY FUTURE.

 

This has been more than a month asking for refund.Or else I will have to file the case to the Consumer Forum or reach out to your senior officer.You are a big company.To maintain respect,you need to understand the basics.it is very simple that when passengers haven’t taken the flight and the Airline has cancelled the flight without the fault of passenger,whole money should be refunded. Feel free to contact me on my email-priyankashukla002@gmail.com
