My paytm postpaid amount was due on 7th march…which was a bank holiday in Rajasthan due to which i could not make payment on 7th march…i immediately made payement on next day i.e. 8th march 2023..A customer representative from paytm called me that if you make payment on call then your late fee will be waived…but they have not waived it…please help
