Text of Complaint by Karnekanti Suhas:

Dear BharatLoan,

Greetings,

My name is Karnekanti Suhas. I have already completed the full repayment of my loan (Loan ID: BLSMPLZ000384743) through net banking on 1 May 2026. On the date of payment itself, the outstanding loan amount shown was ₹100,800, which I fully cleared.

However, today is 6 May 2026, and even after 5 days, your platform is still falsely showing my loan as active with an outstanding balance. Despite multiple follow-ups, no proper response or resolution has been provided from your side.

I have already shared the payment reference and screenshots as proof of payment and proof that the loan is still incorrectly marked as active. Instead of resolving the issue, your customer support team continues to give false assurances and is even demanding additional payment, which is completely unacceptable.

This email serves as a FINAL and STRICT NOTICE.

I demand the following actions immediately:
Update the loan status on your portal and mark the loan as CLOSED.
Remove the false outstanding amount immediately.
Issue my No Objection Certificate (NOC) without further delay.
Provide written confirmation of closure today itself.
Your customer support team has been extremely irresponsible, misleading, and unprofessional. I was clearly informed that the issue would be updated and resolved, but no action has been taken even after 5 days. I will not pay a single additional rupee because the loan has already been fully repaid on 1 May 2026.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with the following actions without any further notice:
File formal complaints with RBI, Consumer Court, Cyber Crime Portal, and all relevant regulatory authorities.
Escalate the matter directly to RBL Bank regarding improper lending practices, unnecessary harassment, false outstanding amounts, and excessive interest handling.
Publish detailed reviews and complaints across public platforms regarding the conduct of BharatLoan and its customer support.
Initiate legal proceedings for mental harassment, misinformation, negligence, and failure to update repayment records despite successful payment.

I also raise serious concerns regarding the conduct and transparency of Digital Lending Partner – SOLOMON CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, Devmuni Leasing & finance Limited as the handling of this issue appears highly misleading and unprofessional.

Today, at any cost, I expect:
Immediate loan closure update,
Issuance of my NOC,
Written confirmation from your side.
Treat this matter as URGENT and resolve it immediately to avoid further escalation.
