I have paid an amount of Rs. 37000/- to a Bharatpe merchant through phonepe on 9/06/2019 but at the time of payment it was showing that the transaction is pending and my account was debited, but after 2 i.e.o 11/06/2019 days the transaction is successful. Due to pending of transaction i have done the payment through card. but after the lapse of 12 days my money neither credited into receiver account nor returned into my account. UTR no. of my transaction is 916060771794. The account no. of receiver is 5081201000051 (canara bank) and the payer account no. 34297466333 (SBI). Initially i have sent the amount 1 rupee to that merchant which was credited into his account but Rs. 37000/- is not credited in the same account, WHY ???
Neither i have received the reply of my complaint from the bank side nor my money is returned into my account. So you are requested to returned to do the needful as early as possible.
