Respected sir,
I, took the personal loan before 1 year and recently last month (august) your loan recovery agent met me for monthly emi. So he told me that if I pay full amount of loan and close the loan in 2 days, you will get 90k pre approved loan. He said that your name is in list for another pre approved loan. And convinced me for full payment. So I closed my loan as per his guidance.
Now almost 1 month passed and nothing will happen means no approval nothing. So I inquired regarding this matter to customer service centre and thay answered that no any kind of loan approved by the company till date.
So this company’s recovery agent fooled me for his monthly target. What I do?
I arranged that money from somewhere to close my loan and now he do not answered properly and all the time delay my loan.
