Hi,
I have retail outlet in patiala punjab and I used ptronics POS for my customer transaction on 22-JULY 2023 of 12000 rs but the amount is not credited into my bank account till now. I have lodged the complaint on 27 JULY 2023. Complaint number is “Aggin12120007956”. They are not resolving it . Every time I called on customer care they says “the amount will settled tomorrow. Don’t worry “. Please help me. I have attached the screenshot of transaction slip and settlement slip
