Dear Team,

My name is  Suraj Gupta .My Account Number  is 50194825518. I was trying to book my tatkal ticket from my IRCTC  (irctc id – gsuraj408 ) on 29/10/2018 through Paytm. Payment had been detected amount of 515.49 Rs from my account but I didn’t get any pnr or any message regarding ticket . I called on IRCTC to team they said contact with Paytm. I called many time on your customer care number but nobody received the call.
Kindly check where is the problem and revert back as soon as possible and inform me when will i get my money back.
