I have ordered kurti from meesho application on 27/04/2021 however I received the damaged product hence I made a request for refund on 30/04/2021, and they have canceled my refund request for 6 times and till now I have not received my refund when I called in customer service on 7/05/2021 Mr. Abhishek assured me that I will get refund within 4 working days but till now its not resolved today I called in customer care support for 2 times they have disconnected my call without my knowledge and resolving my issue and customer care representatives are very rude to me. Please help me to resolve my issue ASAP.
