Team,
I ordered two oximeter on date 05.05.2021 with order id 13467952681 and 13460553445. Both of the products were having manufacturing defect doesnot give proper result. After this they replaced product of order id 13467952681 and the product received again was having same defect. They refunded me the amount of order id 13467952681.
Same day when i was trying to replace product of order id 13460553445 replacement window on application was not opening and after that tried communicating with customer care they were not contactable.
Kindly help me to return the defective product with order id 13460553445.
