I had ordered earphones(Thursday) with one day delivery on work address. It was not delivered on time(On Friday) and when I called to customer care they asked me to wait till 9PM it will get delivered but no action from their end and when I checked with delivery person it was with delivery office and no action was taken from their end to complete delivery. I got package delivered next day(Saturday) but as it was office address and was weekend, I got package from office security person on Monday. I checked the package they delivered wrong product. I asked for replacement which they promise to delivered on Tuesday and same thing happened on Tuesday as well. Delivery has no idea about package and when called customer they asked me to wait till 7PM and same no action from their end.
