I ordered for PETER ENGLAND Slim Men Grey Jeans worth Rs. 1079 but I received in blue colour so I contacted flipkart support to process for return as I was not able to process my end due to some issue with flipkart app but instead of resolving my concern, the 1st contacted executive who called me from +918045306700 number mentioned as “chore” in comment section(attached as screenshot). Is this the way the Flipkart people resolve their customers issue? Now I want you to please take a legal action against him and ask flipkart to process for refund my paid amount.
