I had to purchase a pair of shoes from ferrarishoes.com on 13/07/20. Payment is done by debit card(INR- 499/-). After that i received a message states that your order confirmed (order no. #22422) and it will be dispatched soon. After that i got six messages showing packing to delivery. But still item not received yet..So i here by request you to take necessary action against this fraudulent website..
