I ordered online product on choice cart on dated 3-6-2020 but now I m unable to track order . my order no, 468193 but still neither received nor traceable and when contact on their customer care no. pick from google search 8250723359 customer care executive told download app ‘anydefk’ and then refund will be persue but from other online companies refund in same same account. Executive name Mr Amit Mishra which I feel unsafe.
kindly launch my complaint as choice cart asked me for my credit card details. and refund in same account from the payment have been made.
