Text of Complaint by Shakti Shukla:

I have booked a ticket in Nuego Electric from Noida to Roorkee and My PNR IS 9168867. I was available at Boarding point, Neugo had parked their bus in upfront of boarding point and none of them had called me. When the time has turned to 7:05 AM I have searched here and there and found that Bus was 100 mtrs away. I rush towards the Bus and the Bus driver had started the bus. I just ran parallel the Bus Staff has looked me but waiving his hand he left out. I called Bus Driver immediately he said Sir bus aa gyi thi aaap nhi aaye, Bus nhi rukegi aaapko jo ukhadna haii ukhad lo and then he used abusive language. I have contacted their customer complaint cell but they gave answer in favour of the Bus operator.
My complaint is—
1. As per accepted Principal, the Bus Driver checks for Passenger and the passengers who are not available the Bus operator gives them the call. In my case no call was given that Sir we are leaving now which is not accepted.
2. The Driver of the Bus used abusive language Nd said jo ukhadna haii ukhad lo and even the customer complaint cell had refused to support me.
3. Neugo provides the worst service in Bus services, they should be penalised as I have to book a cab to travel to Roorkee and there is huge financial losses towards same.
