Sir, I would like to inform you that I have ordered some items online through Flipkart company in the month of July 2022, whose order number is
(1) OD125277617799189000
(2) OD125277623959310000
(3) OD125354272136749000
(4) OD12535563540405803.
I paid for it through Flipkart’s pay letter, due to not liking the item and getting the defective item, I requested to return the item within the policy of Flipkart company, but my request was repeatedly canceled by Flipkart. In this regard, I informed the Flipkart company several times through mail but till date neither my mail has been replied to by the company, neither the item has been picked up nor my money has been refunded. Expressing my displeasure with the company, I stopped paying them. Now my CIBIL is getting damaged due to non-payment of dues. I am even ready to pay the outstanding amount of Flipkart company (except Rs 955 for returning item), but the company’s customer service officer told that the item will not be returned, you will have to pay the full outstanding amount. If you want, you can register your complaint against the Flipkart company in the consumer forum. Sir, due to this outstanding amount, my cibil has become very bad, due to which I am very sad. Therefore, you are kindly requested to register my complaint against Flipkart company and give me justice.
