I had booked a ticket using travel look website on June 2022 . the amount got debited and ticket was not booked .i got immediately the mail stating the refund would be credited within 10 days . After that i followed every week since not refunded yet. Every week got same response. We will initiated payment you will received three days etc. still not received yet.
