Hello Sir /Madam,
This is Chirag Shah, I am based at Vadodara and I worked in VRSSPL for a year, My son is having an issue of Cerebral Palsy and due to some reasons I need to leave for treatment for 3 months. I already applied for my leave and it was approved by the company. Since last december 2017, I am asking Mr. Mehul Shah who is the director of the company that please provide me with the Salary. He is always giving me excuses that we are not receiving funds to run the company as well and Mr. Mehul is getting his salary every month on time. He has fund for ordering things from Amazon and he is not having money to pay to employees. I asked the company to pay my salary they are providing excuses that you were not performing before 7 months from now. I have requested many times and provided reasons as well that treatment is going on for my son, but still there is no updates of my salary. There are many employees who have not received the salary like me and still the hiring is going on in the company.
Please if you can help me out in solving the issues as they are not responding me and already it’s been a year now and they dont want to provide me a salary. The fund is amount of 60,000/- and still they are not answering things.
