This is to inform you that I open a Fd account with Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd on 07/10/2019 of Rs. 5,00,000=00 ( five lakhs ) & transfer the same amount through my AXIS Bank account using NEFT/RTGS at 2:27 PM , I received a confirmation mail from your end ( PAYTM ) at 2:29 PM that Money paid successfully of FIVE LAKHS to Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd mentioning my mobile no 90xxxx4401 ( 9011384401) & the order ID is 201910074079 but no payment confirmation was received by my & no transaction id was not generated till now.I talk with your customer care executive & also with Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd customer care executive but both of them are deny to received the said amount of Rs. five lakhs . I’m worried about it & want to know what actually happen with my transaction . My bank also confirm me that Rs. five lakhs paid to PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT 0n 07/10/2019 . Please inform me as your earliest what happens with my transaction ( order id 201910074079 ) & which account my money is deposited with all details , lease provide me the payment confirmation as early as possible., otherwise i will take the cibil & criminal action aganist your company at your cost & consequence .
