I want to raise a complaint against amazon. In. I am a student, i have saved my money for buying a phone. likewise, I bought a phone MI 11X from amazon on 27.07.2021, having Order ID # 402-3065203-0519507 also exchanged my old phone with value 7050/- given by amazon, it was a good deal, so I exchanged My old Phone. I got the Phone, while using it found out about few things such as its messaging app was not working properly, I updated the phone, then also I was facing same issue It was hard to get OTP and read messages. I contacted with amazon they issued a home technical service for me. Next day the technical person called me ask me for my address and updated on portal that service is done though they didn’t show up. I inform amazon about it, then they gave me a replacement. In between few days I got the replaced one, but I was shocked to get the used phone as it was not sealed properly, and it had a barcode placed on pervious bar code and had the same problem as previous one. After going through all this Hassell I had to return the product to amazon and the customer care executive insured me that I will get my refund so soon, but it didn’t show for two weeks then I tried to contact Amazon again they keep telling me the same again and again. After 3 weeks they called me saying that the exchanged amount is 2000/- only and it is already refunded, I explained them everything and told them my actual amount is 7050/- they literally manipulate me saying that the amount is not 7050/-. This is not acceptable from amazon and i asked them to give my old phone, but they refused to do it. So, I am filing this complaint against the amazon so they could give my money back or my old mobile back.
so kindly help me with this. I am in big trouble financially.
