I ordered some of my products through a prime account with a one-day delivery option. Due to my emergency, I ordered some one-day delivery products with high cost. On October 22 the delivery partner canceled the delivery without even contacting me. I tried to contact him but no response. I raised a complaint through amazon customer service. They promised me the delivery on October 23. I raised a query about my delivery on October 23. They promised me delivery within the 9 pm slot. I contacted customer care regarding this 50 times. Until now I did not receive my order. I will not be present at that address after 10 am today October 26. I ordered through prime and one-day delivery products and I informed the customer care of the customer care. But they did not consider my request. They made false promises and I waited the whole day for my delivery on October 23 with my phone but no response. Today October 26th till they did not deliver my order. But regularly made me a call for consequently three days and told me the order is delivered today and cheated me a lot. I have all the screenshots
