I had placed a prepaid order with adaah collective. The product is defective. It has been 8 days but my product has not been picked up. On asking about my return ID or complaint ID , they don’t reply. This type of fraud has to be stopped. They are fooling innocent customers..their page should be banned and they should not be allowed online commerce

I also purchased a product from them which was totally a wrong and nasty product. Till date they don’t reply for a refund or exchange the product
