I the complainant, has purchased online dress material worth Rs 738/- on 18.04.2023 from an ecommerce site laxmistudio-7365.myshopify.com whose advertisement was flashing on a social media platform. After making payment of full consideration amount of the order the vendor has not supplied the material even after a lapse of 12 days.
