During of Conversion my postpaid Number into Prepaid Number, Vodofone not refund full amount in my Prepaid Account.
The following points are Covered during Conversion Process.
1.Vodafone take extra amount from me from my Postpaid Number bill.Please find attachment as a reference.
2. During Conversion with Vodafone Executive and He told me that after your bill generated i will refund full amount in your Prepaid Number. my bill generated on 10th November but till now no full amount paid by Vodafone.
Please take necessary action.
