Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail with full dissatisfaction that I have placed return requests more than 10 times but no one came to pick up the product. I have been waiting for a month to return Ozone safe locker
Also, I reached customer care multiple times and requested them to help me with the case but every time they made fake promises.
I know Amazon is a big company and you don’t need small customers like me. You can just pick your product and refund my money on an immediate basis. I also don’t want any relationship with Amazon in the future.
If you will not cooperate then I have to find some legal ways for the same.
It’s a total shameful situation for Amazon India.
