RESPECTED SIR,
I DURGESH KUMAR WAS BOOKED A MOBILE (REDMI NOTE 12 PRO 5G) AMOUNTING TO RS. 21918/- FROM FLIPKART ON 27 JAN 2023 BUT DUE TO SOME PERSONAL ISSUES/PROBLEMS I WAS CANCELED THE ORDER ON 29 JAN 2023 (BEFORE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT). SINCE THEN, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.
IN THIS REGARD, I CONTACTED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF FLIPKART OVER THE TELEPHONE DAILY SINCE 9 FEB 23 AND ALSO RAISED ISSUES/COMPLAINTS ON 06 FEB, 11 FEB, 17 FEB, AND 4 ISSUES/COMPLAINTS ON 21 FEB 23 FOR MY REFUND. BESIDES THE ABOVE, I HAVE ALSO PROVIDED MY BANK DETAIL TO FLIPKART OFFICIALS BUT TILL DATE REFUND HAS NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED.
ALL THE TIME/ON EVERY CALL/CONVERSATION SUPPORT STAFF ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE ESCALATING THE ISSUE AND SENDING THE REQUEST TO BACK END TEAM BUT TILL DATE NO SOLUTION /REFUND RECEIVED TO ME.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND DIRECT CONCERNED OFFICIALS TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE ISSUE AND ARRANGE TO REFUND MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST. OTHERWISE, I WILL BE COMPELLED FOR LEGAL ACTION THROUGH COURT.
