I used paytm app for a booking of indigo flight on 25th jan 2019 at 0819 am. I received a msg from paytm regarding payment failure but money already deducted from my bank acconut through upi payment.Paytm order no. 7161329058.

I talked to my bank authorities and also to merchant (indigo) but they replied that this is concern of paytm so i have to comunicate with paytm authorities regarding this problem. Im fed up talking to all but still not getting the satisfactory solution. I trust Paytm thats why use this app for various transactions but this time I got nervous with this transaction.
