i book aircooler 36L vide order no order #171-0122160-2567513 and received on 16.06.2022, but the goods not suitable to us so i made return request and on 19.06.2022 i raised return request and same accepted by amazon (acceptance send by mail) in mail mention pick up next day from amazon side piker comes on bike and refuse to carry goods i made 6-7 request on amazon customer care by calling every time they send picker on bike every time he refuse to carry, till date no body pick the cooler and i have not received any refund
