Text of Complaint by sanjeev kumar singh:

I HAVE ORDER ONE ITEM {ORDER # 406-7271576-5704303 } (Redmi Note 11 Pro + 5G (Phantom White, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) | 67W Turbo Charge | 120Hz Super AMOLED Display ) through AMAZON app. I Have prime member ship so they promise me to deliver this order on the same day at 9 pm but they fail to do so. Again today repeatedly same thing happens.

Delivery guy switched off his mobile and now customer care is saying we are resolving your problem.
But no action has been taken yet and parcel has also not been delivered yet.
