Dear sir/madam, my Airtel prepaid number is in use since last 13/14 years. But since last few months I can not connect to any jio number, due to which I m facing a lot of difficulty. My son is using jio number, but when ever I m connecting him, his number remains in busy mode. Even I can’t connect to other jio number also. Hence, my problem may kindly be solved as soon as possible.
