I have a problem regarding charging of my phone NOKIA-6.1 Plus. So i submit it to Nokia service center on sector 10 Neil communication on 29 December 2018. They got repaired it on 19 jan 2019 but the same problem arise in may 2019. so i went to another service centre in ghaziabad RDC. they also took the same procedure and check the phone. For your information my phone is under warranty of one year as i buy it in 2018 September.
But on earlier they checked it and said that the warranty devoid due to water drain in it. In recent diagnosis at new service center they told me that there is no sign of litmus on the phone respective part, and they also checked the earlier job sheet but they didn’t find it on their official web login.
Only the complain is there but there is no details of it. so they saying that earlier service center didn’t uploaded the job sheet. hence they can’t do anything and the product is devoid of warranty as there is defect in the part. so I get it done by anyways paying them the charge because i need my phone urgently.
But the problem is that if I only get it done on the authorized service center of Nokia and they are not doing it properly . They also don’t entertain the client with dignity. I really want to lodge complain against the service centre of Sector 10 staff.
They mislead the diagnosis and also don’t treat customer well. the question is that why we have same problem exactly the same after few months and why don’t they mentioned in their job sheets and also why the part they replaced does not have litmus. Kindly take effective action so that they do their work properly.
I can’t upload the image of the product as the damage is internal. I have bills of the service center and also my phone.
