Dear Sir/Mam,
Greetings of the Day!
It’s a very poor experience I am facing with idea cellular service. I am on an official trip and suddenly got no-signal on my phone. First time I have taken it network error but many people poked me on my Whatsapp that when they are trying to call me, they are getting invalid number message. Suddenly, I called to the customer care number 9891012345 but they(Neha and Puja) are saying that there is verification issue visit kindly visit idea store and all.
I have some question:
1. How the company can stop service without any notification?
2. If there was a verification issue than how you activated the Ported number?
3. How you are generating the monthly-bill of the number 9835067672?
4. Why you haven’t notified on such kind of issue before?
It’s Request to kindly restore my service. Due to this issue, I am facing financial loss in my business as it’s my primary number.
I request to take strict action against this kind of service and monopoly in the market.
