Text of Complaint by Aroon Ch:

On April 19th, 2024, at 1:05 PM, I placed an order for biryani from a specific restaurant on the ONDC platform. It is now 4:20 PM, and the order has not yet been picked up by a delivery agent.

Unfortunately, by this time, I have already prepared lunch for myself and my family. Since a significant delay has occurred, I am concerned that the food will not be fresh upon arrival.

I contacted the ONDC team and requested to cancel the order. However, they were unable to accommodate my request or expedite the delivery.

Given the excessive wait time (over 3.30 hours), I would like to request a full refund for this order.
