I had gone to Airtel store near me to get a new sim as my old sim wasn’t working properly, my request was raised i even paid the charges for it, and was told that it will get activated in 4 hours. After sometime my old sim lost its network entirely but my new sim wasn’t working still, after being without a sim for two days I went back to the store, after being made to wait for 2hrs i was told that no request has been raised although I did receive a message about the same and was asked to pay again for my inconveniences. But since the request wasn’t raised only why am I being asked to pay all over again? I’m a Dr and my patients have been suffering because of this since the past 15 days.
