Dear sir/Mam

we took a new  connection of Videocon D2h .. it was on 14/10/2019.engeneer has come n he took the money and he went off..he put the dish and set up box.. he didn’t even wait for weather the channnels are coming or not.. I saidhim to that I’ll not give money unless I’ll grt the channels.. he said once you ll pay then only you ll get channels.. Then I have given money..He said after one hour it will come.. we were waiting for till evening still the channels were not coming.. Whenever I’m calling up to the customer care they were telling that 8 working hours it ll take to get active.. today it’s 16/10/2019.. will it take 3 days to get active .. I don’t think so it will take this much of time.. why because we have a another connection at Bangalore.. the technician has come and he fixed everything n with in a fraction of minutes channels have come.. such a beautiful service we have got.. That’s the reason we have taken one more connection..But I didn’t expect that Videocon has become this much pathetic service they are providing.. if I could have been known this I shouldn’t have been opt for this.. Engeneer was telling that I have done everything from my side there is a pending from operational work.. But the customer care people were telling that there are no connections on your brothers name .. we just have all the details .. That’s it.. The engeneer was not at all picking up the call.. But he took the money and went off.. customer care people were telling that different different things.. whom should we contact now.. we are really helpless.. we are literally tired of trying.. such a Bad service.. Is this the justice you are doing for the privilege customers..All my family members are started scolding me that we have told there are other networks and cable operators also.. why didn’t you opt for that.. I said I’ll b having the other connection at Bangalore.. The quality and the services were too good..It’s really pathetic service we are getting here.. I’m sorry to say this..if I’m asking them to pass their call to supervisor they are jus passing the call to their co colleagues.. and they are speaking  only one word kshaminchandi.. we are taking your complaint it ll get resolved with in 8 working hours..since 3 days , 8working hours have not been completed or what.. They are asking me to provide the smart card no.. it was there on the back side of set box..But I have gone through that there is no smart card no over there.. on whom should I take an action either customer care or engeneer.. This much pain will you give it to the customer..in a service industry we need to be very transparent to the customer. We need to be very polite.. Customer care people are telling that we will be passing our phone to superviser but automatically they are disconnecting my call..I really can’t forgive my self why because such a foolish thing I have done by opting a network like Videocon d2h..These Customercare people are literally making Ian cry..we are really helpless.. we really don’t know whom should we contact now..This new connection I took it on my brothers name..if the things were going like this no one will opt for this kind of network.. Really such a pathetic service.. I’m feeling very bad that u shouldn’t have been opt for other networks.. such a foolish thing I have done.. I have referred for another new connection also for my relatives.. I’ll ask them to stop taking this connection.. really such a bad network and such a pathetic service.. Technician took the money and went off.. not picking up the call.. These customer care people whenever we are calling they telling that it will get resolves after 8 hours.Since three days they are telling that after 8 working hours..how comedy it is.. I really didn’t expect taht videocon d2h will become like this..
