Hi,

I have applied for a new Airtel broadband connection thru airtel app. I got a call for the same and as requested by airtel representative i have provided all the required documents and he asked me to pay installation amount and advance one month rental also to process. I did everything and till this point everything was so smooth and quick. everything happened in a day.

But post that actual problem started. Now that person is not even picking up the call or replying any of my messages for the update of the connection. earlier he told me after paying the amount next day only it will be installed. but from past three days he is not at all replying. If there is any delay also due to on-going situation then at least it is his responsibility to update. it looks like for these persons it is just matter of completing their targets. They dont’t even bother about after paying the amount.

I am facing a lot of difficulties because of this as i can’t work from home without internet. My old broadband connection is going to expire soon. Looks like i made a MISTAKE by opting AIRTEL.

I called customer care also but they just register the complaints and give false timelines. every time you call there a new representative will pick up the call and every time the same story.

Could you pls. look into this matter at priority.
