Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that i have bought Kent alkaline water purifier in flipkart site, but the product was not working as i expected. it is normal RO water purifier it is not alkaline water. So i have raised refund request 6 times but return request was rejected without correct reason , Finally return policy was expired. I have contacted with customer executives by phone they have raised return request for 2 times but again return request was rejected. I am calling continuously to flipkart executives’ they are not answering my phone and rejected my call continuously my order id is OD223063559572133000. I have mentally disappointed. I hope you understand my problem
