I was booking 2 bus tickets from delDe to rishiRish on 7th of july.. which cancelled due to Air conditioner problem and this information given by the operator on call… So I will book another bus ftom redbus services.. when i requested for refund then they claim that I done that journey because they provide me alternate of that cancellation. But they didn’t provide me any info regarding any alternative solution. So i book my journey tickets. They decline my refund process even i share my journey tickets which clearly shows that i am using my own booking bus service for the same day journey.
