Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered ADIDAS Women Pink Woven Design Vario Pure Sustainable Running Shoes and returned the same. They have rejected my return mentioning the wrong product. But I have returned the same product which I have received. It’s been more than a week. Now I contact customer care they are saying that the product has already been reshipped to me. I haven’t received the product and I am telling them so many times still they are asking me to check that I have received the reshipped product and closing my query.
It occurred on: 17/03/2022
I would like myntra to provide a refund for the product which I have returned and kindly close the issue.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
