Dear Sir,
It is to be informed that the order was placed on 2nd June 2023 at 12:37 AM, which was to be delivered on 3rd June 2023 at 2:00 PM
But when the delivery was not done till 2:00 PM, when I called the delivery boy, he told that the mobile exchange person is on leave today and was told by the delivery boy that after going to our office and exchanging the mobile, you Received the given order as per his talk I went to Ekart office but the order was not delivered by them and I was misbehaved by ekart office staff.
