Dear Concerned,
This is regarding my order id (404-0965591-8054709) on dated 26 July 2021 which was required to be delivered till now. I asked for evening deivery of the order due to job related constraints and unavailability of anyone at home during day time. Everytime, i was assured that the courier person will call before delivery and will deliver the product during evening time after confirmation. However, the delivery person didnot follow timeslot and i received the call for delivery during day time. I was assured bt everyone, whether courier people/amazon contact that product will be surely delivered. Now, i came to know that product is being sent back due to delivery failure.
Kindly let me know what to do in order to get the same product in same price at preferred delivery time as the product is required at my end.
