I have registered the livepure RO service request on 29-Aug-2025. By contacting the call center of livepure and made the payment of Rs 4654.05 on the same day. With confirmation that a technician will visit on 30-aug-2025 at 11:00 AM for the RO repair work. I have made multiple calls to contact with technician on 30-aug-2025 but technician denied the request based on the grounds that company has not provided the tools for repair. On 01-Sep-2025 again I contact the service center still no action has been taken for the request. Since, water is an essential resource for household purpose and others I am arrange the drinking water in such circumstances.
