This is regarding my booking

Here i would state the following facts for your information:

– i have booked the ticket from Goa to Lucknow as flexi fare expected that if i cancel this ticket before 4 days to departure only 500 per person cancellation charges would deduct.

– Due to some persot reaoson , i had to cancel this flight. Before cancellation i confirmed to malemytrip on messenger for cancellation charges. They assure me to go ahead we will only deduct 500 per perosn as airline charges + 300 rs convenient charges.

– Now when i cancelled , i got only 4134 rs only in my account. MMT deducted 3000 rs per person + convineint fee inspite of i am having flexi fare booking. I have a confirmation from indigo they deducted only 500 per person.

I tried to contact customer care agent but there is no option to talk to agent. No one is responding on messenger as well.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get the rest of the amount.
