This complaint about flipkart, I am telling you all details.
I purchase a phone under flipkart smart upgrade policy, I pay my 70% amount in 9 emi, now my 30% amount is due, and I want to pay it, but my account is blocked, flipkart send a mail regarding due payment on 01 October, there is option “click here to see view options”, but when I click on it the link goes to flipkart login page but I can’t login because my account is blocked. my concern is only that how I pay my due amount, flipkart gives date of payment till 22 November. how I pay my due amount to flipkart. please see my all details of my device, I attached a invoice of my device and screenshot of that mail which I received from flipkart, I tried this from last 40-45 days, flipkart send a mail many times, I replied on it, but still my problem is not solved, I can tell my every problem to many executives, but still there is no proper resolution gives by flipkart. please solve my issue. please its a humble request to you. tell me the just only the any method of due payment of my device. please help me. Flipkart send a mail today again, I attached a screenshot of that mail. Thank you. My order id is – OD119979874289485000. please look into this matter seriously.
