Gold Winner Refined Sunflower Oil Pouch (2 Quantity)
Month and Year of Manufacture is not printed on pouches
No LOT No. printed on pouches
No MRP printed on pouches
Customer care team not responding to me.
I called multiple times to the customer care number and each time I used to tell my issue because the executives are not In a mood or so lazy to check the issue history.
With patience, I explained my problem all the times I called you. Every time in between conversation call will get disconnected (i assume executives desperately disconnecting because 5-6 times I called for this issue and all the time network issue and the call disconnected, how weird and suspicious)
And every time the call gets disconnected a text message is delivered to me successfully stating that “We’ve been trying to get in touch with you as requested but were unable to reach you ……”
Once the call gets disconnected my issue is closing without resolution and my consent.
Note: Neither I want a refund nor return/replacement, I want a proper answer why products like this are delivered by Flipkart which is health hazardous (if those are fake products), and how we can trust you guys going forward. Attaching pics for reference.
