I am Pratham Pradhan one of your customer having problems with my recharging , I deposited an amount of rs 300 on 15 Feb, around 12 :16 Am and I talk with more than 15 people from the service department but everyone is irresponsive , instructed me to download apps name (ALPEMIX,. ANYDESK) through app they asked my ID and password also My mother ,I gave all what the suggest but after that charge me lent 1000 in the account bcoz my account was facing technical issues so you have to add same as in my mother’s phone also ,she also have same bank account (CBI) . I felt bit unsafe so I call my friend to transact in my a/c it successfully done . I wonder why the services is not providing my refunds …
