I order Dell laptop from amazon using my kotak credit cars emi option so I was charged 199 processing fees plus 34.05 GST AMOUNT. However I received wrong item so i was sent replacement which was delivered to me after waiting for more than a week at the end my order was canceled without my confirmation saying the order was defective. So after wasting 15 days I did not received anything and refund was provided to me but when I purchased the laptop I paid processing fees which was never returned to me neither by bank. So as it was overall Amazons fault they are liable to pay my processing because due to there fault I shouldn’t be facing the loss as I did not canceled the order. Also I have tried taking to there customer service on chat but they are very rude and closed my chat twice by specialist team on my face.
