Dear complaints holder department of Flipkart.
Wishing you vergood evening.
This is concern about the return of Motorola G10. I have purchased this product on 16/03/2021. Here after as found there is issue with phone l requested for replacement. But after replacement there is same issue observe. Therefore l place requests to technicia visit. However, instead of technician visit without visiting l got text that, issue has been resolved. So l contact to Flipkart again to know howcum technician without visiting can sent text that, issue resolved and requests closed. l really surprised to hear that, due to lMEI mismatcing technicians closed the requests. That sentence does mean l fraudulent issues. Without visiting technicians blame me in such category. Hereafter, once again l got requests of technician visit. Thus time he visited, he checked the issue. I not know he was lying or saying truth, he used sentence, “Motorola me to issue rehetahi he killed appne lia Motorola phone, humne check kia, Kal banda ayega or lejayega iskw band apppka pesa refund hoga”.
I said okay, kitna baje aayega, he said, “meine request dhaal dia, return or refund ka, appp ko call aajayga”.
I said okay, thanks bhaia, both we have left.
Few minutes later l received text, issue has been resolved so request closed.
I am really unhappy with such kind of terrible service. Kindly take the requests of return an refund also verify the issue of technician and take legal action against technician.
Hopefully you can understand the experience with Flipkar. Kindly justify the issue. Expecting loyal Justification without delay.
