Respected sir,
I am Ritesh Kumar from patna
I complain against amazon customer care and Amazone service. He show me offer exchange old phone Rs. 3000 off but when we try to get this offer not given by Amazone. And i talk to customer help line they said to me different people say different types problem i did not understand how to solve my problem. His customer service said to me i change my Amazone ID and old other Mobile exchange i do this but offer not given by amazone. I am harassing for 3 days but not solving my problem and given penalty through Amazone if it is wrong.
